Barbara Clark (b. June 12, 1939) is a Democratic member of the New York State Assembly. She has represented District 33 since 1987. Clark is Assistant Majority Whip and a Democratic District Leader. Her other political experiences include executive member of the Douglas/King Democratic Club. In 1998 Clark was a candidate for US House, NY District 6 in a special election; she lost. She was running as a 21st Century Party.

Clark's professional experiences include youth coordinator for New York City Youth Services; school security supervisor for New York City Board of Education; and administrative assistant for the New York City Transit Police Department.

Clark and her husband, Thomas, have four children; Jan, Crystal, Thomas III, and Brian.[1]
