Barbara Goodwin (b. January 25, 1949) is a Democratic member of the Minnesota State Senate, representing District 41. She was first elected to the chamber in 2010.

Goodwin served in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 2001 to 2007.

Goodwin won election in District 41 in 2012 due to redistricting. She was unopposed in the August 14 Democratic primary and defeated Gina Bauman (R) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
