Barbara Horn (b. October 11, 1946) was a Democratic member of the Arkansas State Senate from 2001 to 2011. She represented the 21st District. She also served as Assistant Pro Tempore during her final term.

Horn served in the Arkansas State House of Representatives from 1993 to 2000.

Horn attended Texarkana College in 1955. She has also served in the United States Army. She is currently an Insurance Agent.

Horn was ineligible to run for re-election in 2010 due to the term limits of the Arkansas Legislature.


On November 7, 2006, Horn won re-election to the 21st District Seat in the Arkansas State Senate, running unopposed in the general election.[1]
