Barbara Sims (b. March 18, 1939) is a Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 123. Sims represented the district, previously the 119th District, since 2007.

Sims was a Commissioner on the Airport Commission Aviation Board in 2006, and on the Greater Augusta Arts Council Board of Directors from 2005-2006.[1]

Sims ran for re-election to the 119th District seat in 2010. She did not have any opposition in the July 20 primary and no one ran against her in the general election on November 2, 2010.[4]
