Barney Fisher (b. December 17, 1947) is a Republican member of the Missouri House of Representatives. He has represented District 125 since 2005.

Fisher is a graduate of the United States Marine Corps Command and Staff College, and earned his BS in Education from the University of Missouri Columbia. He has served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps and worked as a teacher in the Wellsville Public School System.

Fisher is a member of the Kappa Alpha Order Fraternity, Marine Corps Association, National Rifle Association, Nevada Chamber of Commerce, Rinehart Christian Church, and the Vietnam Veterans Association.
