Bart Davis (b. March 7, 1955) is a Republican member of the Idaho State Senate, representing District 33 since 1998. He currently serves as Senate Majority Leader.

Davis graduated from Brigham Young with his Bachelor's degree in 1978 and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho in 1980.

In addition to being a Senator, Davis is a practicing attorney and the Chairman of Electrical Wholesale Supply Company, Inc.

Davis was a three time delegate to the Republican National Convention representing Idaho in 2000, 2004, and 2008.

Davis won re-election in the 2012 election for Idaho State Senate District 33. He defeated Brian Schad in the May 15 Republican primary[1] and was unopposed in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
