Two Township Police and Fire Levy Renewal measures were on the August 3, 2010 ballot in the townships of Bath and Dewitt which are in Clinton County.

Both measures were approved

The Bath township measure sought to renew the current levy of $3 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a further two years in order to help pay for new equipment and maintenance of old equipment in use by the fire and police departments of the township.
