Ben Harbin (b. October 28, 1963) is a Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing the 118th District since 1995. He was Chair of the Richmond County Republican Party from 1990-1991 and 1993-1994.

Harbin is the Owner of The Harbin Company, Insurance and Employee Benefits, and Partner with Harbin and Associates, Land Surveying Firm. He was an Agent with Farm Bureau Insurance from 1988-1993.

He is a member of the Augusta Kiwanis, Association of Life Underwriters, Baker Woods Baptist Church, Child Enrichment/Child Advocacy Center Board, Cross Roads Academy (Alternative School) Board, Columbia County Foundation for Children Board, Georgia Military College Alumni Association, Martinez Optimist, Metro Augusta Chamber of Commerce Board, and the Pediatrician Association.
