Ben Sherrer (b. June 18, 1968) is a Democratic member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He has represented the 8th District since 2004. He is the current Minority Whip and former Assistant Democrat Floor Leader.

Sherrer earned his law degree from Oklahoma City University in 1997. He and his wife, Margo, have three children: Bennett, Samuel and Delanie.
