Beth Hayes was a Green candidate for District 99 of the Indiana House of Representatives. The primary election was on May 4, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

Hayes lost to Democratic incumbent Vanessa Summers by a margin of 9,526 to 214. Republican candidate David Blank came in second with 3,955 votes, and Libertarian candidate John Meuser came in third with 322 votes. [1] The general election took place on November 2, 2010.
