Beverly Marrero is a former Democratic member of the Tennessee State Senate. She represented the 30th District from 2008 until her primary defeat in 2012. Marrero served in the Tennessee House of Representatives from 2003 to 2006. Marrero also served as delegate for the State of Tennessee in the 1976 Democratic National Convention.

Marrero earned her High School Equivalency Diploma from Memphis South and briefly attended the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
