Bill Cunningham is a Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives. Cunningham represents the 35th District. He was elected in November of 2010.

Cunningham is a full-time state legislator. Previously he served as an advisor to Cook County sheriffs Mike Sheahan and Tom Dart; he has also worked as a youth soccer coach. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Cunningham and his wife, Juliana, have two children.

Cunningham defeated Barbara Ruth Bellar (R) in the state's November 2, 2010 general election. Cunningham replaced Kevin Joyce as candidate for the seat after Joyce decided not to run for re-election.[1][2]
