William "Bill" Denny, Jr. (b. August 22, 1930) is a Republican member of the Mississippi House of Representatives, representing District 64. He was first elected to the chamber in 1987 and currently serves as House Republican Floor Leader.


Denny earned his B.S. from the University of Maryland. His professional experience includes working as a Business Executive with Denny Development, Inc.; and Senior Vice President of Southeastern Operations at Multi-National Banking, from which he is retired.[1]
