Bill Harris (b. September 1, 1934) is a former Republican member of the Ohio State Senate, representing District 19 from 1999 until 2011. Harris served in the Ohio State House of Representatives from 1995 to 1999. Prior to his retirement, he served as Senate President, representing the 19th district. Harris was not eligible to run for re-election in 2010 because of the state's term limits.

Harris was a Major in the United States Marine Corps from 1953 to 1972. He worked as Manager for Quality Chevrolet from 1972 to 1980. He was then owner of Automobile, Insurance, and Finance Businesses from 1980 to 1990. He was also owner of Bill Harris Construction from 1980 to 1995.

Harris earned his BA in Secondary Education from the University of Arizona in 1975.
