Bill Kennemer (b. 1946) is a Republican member of the Oregon House of Representatives. He has represented District 39 since 2009.

Kennemer is a Clinical Psychologist trained at Fuller Graduate School of Psychology. He has been Clackamas County Commissioner since 1996.

Kennemer and his wife, Cherie have four children.[1]

Kennemer won re-election in the 2012 election for Oregon House of Representatives District 39. Kennemer was unopposed in the May 15 Republican primary and defeated Christopher Cameron Bangs (D) and Blake Holmes (L) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
