Bill Mims is a former Attorney General of the state of Virginia. Mims was elected by the Virginia General Assembly in February 2009. His term ended in January 2010. Previously, Mims served in the Virginia House of Delegates (1992-98), Virginia State Senate (1998-2005) and as Chief Deputy Attorney General (2006-2009).[1]
