Nojay is running in the 2012 election for New York State Assembly District 133. He defeated Richard E. Burke -- who is also running on the Conservative Party ticket -- in the Republican primary on September 13, 2012. He is also running on the Independence Party of New York State ticket. Randolph J. Weaver ran unopposed in the Democratic primary. The general election takes place on November 6, 2012. [1][2]
