On November 8, 2011, Pigott won re-election to District 99 of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He ran unopposed in the August 2 primary and was unchallenged in the November 8 general election. 
On November 6, 2007 Pigott was re-elected in District 99, defeating Democratic challenger Winston Fortenberry in the general election. He defeated William (Randy) Stogner in the primary election by a margin of 841 to 431.
