Bill Reilich is a Republican member of the New York State Assembly, representing District 134 since 2003, and currently serving as a State Assembly Assistant Minority Leader. Reilich was also a legislator for the Marine Volunteer Fire Department.

Reilich's professional experiences include captain of the Marine Volunteer Fire Department; as well as businessman and former owner of the Reilich Corporation.

Reilich ran in the 2012 election for New York State Assembly District 134. He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on September 13, 2012. He also ran on the Conservative Party and Independence Party of New York State tickets. He was unchallenged in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]

Reilich ran unopposed in the September 14 Republican primary. He defeated David Zimmerman (D) in the general election on November 2.[4] In addition to his slot on the Republican Party ticket, Reilich was also listed as a candidate of the Independence Party of New York State and the Conservative Party.
