Bill Sample (b. April 16, 1946) is a Republican member of the Arkansas State Senate, representing District 14. He was first elected to the chamber in 2010.

Sample served in the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing the District 30 from 2005 to 2011.

Biography

Sample's professional experience includes working as the Owner of a termite/pest control company, and as Vice President and Regional Director for the Arkansas Pest Management Association.[1]

Sample ran for re-election in the 2012 election for Arkansas Senate, District 14. Sample ran unopposed in the May 22 Republican primary and ran unopposed in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4]

2010

Sample was ineligible to run for re-election in 2010 due to the term limits of the Arkansas House of Representatives. He instead won election to District 19 of the Arkansas State Senate. He defeated Democrat Gene Shelby in the November 2 general election.[5]
