Bill Swartz was a 2013 Green Party candidate for District 95 of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.[1] Swartz serves on the executive board of Better York and is a member of the York Rotary Club.[2]

Swartz ran for election in the special election for Pennsylvania House of Representatives District 95. The seat was vacant following Eugene DePasquale's (D) resignation after he was elected as Pennsylvania Auditor. Swartz was defeated by Kevin Schreiber (D) in the general election, which took place on May 21.[3][4][5][6]
