Billy Gaskill was a Democratic member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing the 78th District from 2007 to 2013.

Gaskill won re-election to the 78th district seat in 2010. He faced no opposition in the May 18 primary.[2] He defeated Independent Ronnie Spence in the November 2 general election.[3]
