Billy Pat Wright (b. March 17, 1937) is a former Republican member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 159 from 2005 to 2013.

Wright earned his B.A. from National University and also attended Three Rivers Junior College. He has worked as a rancher and real estate agent. He previously worked for the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, and was Owner of Windy Hill Farm Charolais. Wright also served in the United States Army.

Wright is a member of the American International Charolais Association, Masonic Lodge, and the Missouri Cattlemen's Association, volunteer with Children's Homes, Dexter Memorial Hospital Lifeline Program, and the Kenny Rogers Children's Cerebral Palsy Center and Telethon, Legislative Chair of the Communication Workers of America, President of the Dexter Rotary, and of the Telephone Pioneers of America.
