Two Birch Run Village Police and Street Levy Addition measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the village of Birch which is in Saginaw County.

The first measure sought to levy a property tax of 1 mills for five years in order to pay for one police officer to be employed full time by the village.

  • NO 268 (59.82%)Defeatedd

The second measure sought to levy a property tax 1.5 mills for eight years in order to pay for the maintenance and repair of streets in the village.[1]
