Bob Bryant (b. August 11, 1944) is a Democratic member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 162. Bryant has represented the district, previously the 160th District, since 2005. Bryant served on the Garden City Council from 1995-2004.

Bryant worked as a Facility Maintenance Supervisor for the City of Savannah from 1991-2001, Sanitation Superintendent for Savannah from 1989-2000, Operations Manager/General Manager of WEAS FM Radio Station from 1982-1987, and a Sergeant First Class in the United States Army from 1962-1982.

He is the past President of the Garden City Community Association, past Chairman of the Crime Prevention - Chamber of Commerce, and is current President of the Garden City - Georgia City Community Association, and Savannah Area Broadcaster's Association.[1]

Bryant ran in the 2012 election for Georgia House of Representatives District 162. Bryant ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on July 31, 2012. He was unopposed in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012. [2][3]

Bryant ran for re-election to the 160th District seat in 2010. He did not have any opposition in the July 20 primary. Bryant defeated Joseph Woods (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[4]
