Robert "Bob" Krist (b. March 29, 1957) is a member of the Nebraska State Legislature. He was first appointed on September 11, 2009. In the 2013-2014 session, Krist serves as Vice Chair of the Executive Board.

Krist graduated from the University of Saint Thomas and Omaha Creighton Preparatory School. He has served as Active Duty Air Force Advisor to Governor Ben Nelson, Contract Manager, and Chief Pilot in the United States Army Corps of Engineers. He is a Desert Shield and Desert Storm Veteran and Retired Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force.[1]

Krist came in first in the primary, besting Tim Lonergan by a margin of 1,391-1,166. Krist won re-election, defeating Lonergan in the November 2, 2010 general election.[2]
