Robert Oaks (b. January 15, 1952) is a Republican member of the New York State Assembly. He has represented District 128 since 1993. Oaks currently serves as Deputy Minority Leader and has been a clerk for Wayne County.

Oaks is an owner and agent for Robert C. Oaks Insurance Agency. His other professional experiences include director of Wayne County Youth Bureau and assistant director of Greece Central School District with the Continuing Education Program.
