Bobby Howell (b. December 23, 1941) is a Republican member of the Mississippi House of Representatives, representing District 46. He was first elected to the chamber in 1991.

Howell served as mayor of Kilmichael from 1969 to 1991.

Biography

Howell's professional experience includes working as a registered pharmacist and owner of R.Ph., Kilmichael Drugs, Inc.[1]
