Bobby Tullis was a 2012 Libertarian candidate who sought election to the U.S. House representing the 4th Congressional District of Arkansas.

Tullis was defeated by republican Tom Cotton.[1] Tullis ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House, representing Arkansas's 4th District. He faced Gene Jeffress, Tom Cotton (R) and Joshua Drake (G) in the November 6, 2012 general election.[2]
