Campaign themes

According to Stewart's website, his campaign themes included:

  • Education: "A strong education in reading, math and science will only increase our citizens’ academic standing in the world."
  • Jobs: "If you create jobs and people earn money to spend, it will jump start our economy. Even short term (2-3 year) government contracts would be better than no jobs."
  • Environment: "We need to protect the environment and we need increased regulation on pollution. While I would most like to see a separation of government and business, this is one area where the government needs to step in with a serious stance."[1]
