Brian Banks is a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 1 of the Michigan House of Representatives.

Banks is an adjunct professor at Baker College and is on-staff at Rodnick, Unger, and Kaner, P.C.[1]

He received his JD from Michigan State University College of Law and holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Education from Wayne State University.[1]

Banks is running in the 2012 election for Michigan House of Representatives District 1. He is running against Scott Benson, Christopher Cavanagh, Valerie Kindle, and Gregory Robinson in the Democratic primary on August 7. The general election takes place on November 6, 2012. [2]
