Brian Patrick Kennedy (b. January 3, 1961) is a Democratic member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing District 38. He was first elected to the chamber in 1988. He has also served as a State Committeeman for District 16/38 since 1988.

Kennedy earned his BA in History/General Social Studies from Providence College in 1983. He went on to receive his MBA from Anna Maria College in 1987. Kennedy has worked as a Real Estate Broker/Appraiser for Kennedy Realty and Appraisal since 1986.
