Brian Scavo was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 108 of the New York State Assembly. In July 2012, 223 of his petition signatures were ruled invalid thus removing him from the ballot.[1]

Scavo was a candidate in the 2012 election for New York State Assembly District 108. However, he was removed from the ballot after petition signatures were ruled invalid. Scavo, if he had remained on the ballot, would have faced John T. McDonald, III and Carolyn McLaughlin in the September 13, 2012 Democratic primary.
