Brian Stack has been a Democratic member of the New Jersey Senate since 2008. Bills that have been sponsored by Senator Stack include Senate Bill 5 and Senate Bill 18.[1]

Stack graduated with a diploma from Emerson High School.[2]

In addition to being a senator, Stack is the Mayor of Union City. Prior to his current position on the state senate, Stack was a member of the New Jersey General Assembly from 2004 to 2007 and was also the Commissioner of Union City from 1997 to 1998.[3]
