Brian Stack is a Democratic member of the New Jersey Senate, representing District 33. He was first elected to the chamber in 2007. Bills that have been sponsored by Senator Stack include Senate Bill 5 and Senate Bill 18.[1]

Stack served in the New Jersey General Assembly from 2004 to 2007.


Stack graduated with a diploma from Emerson High School.[2] He later received a MA in Criminal Justice from Jersey City State College. Stack is the current Mayor of Union City.[3]
