member of the Wyoming State Senate
. He has represented District 21 since 2003. Burns previously served as a representative in the Wyoming House of Representatives
from 1995 to 2002.
Burns has worked as both a Pyrotechnician and a Children's Instructor in Tae Kwon Do. Burns earned his BA from the University of Colorado.
