Bruce Hunter (b. June 22, 1955) is a Democratic member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing the 62nd District since winning a special election in 2003.

Hunter is running for re-election to the 62nd District Seat in 2010 with no opposition. He was also unopposed in the Democratic primary. The general election takes place on November 2, 2010.


On November 4, 2008, Hunter was re-elected to the 62nd District Seat in the Iowa House of Representatives, defeating Chris Sanger (R). [1] Hunter raised $17,085 for his campaign, while Sanger raised $4,152. [2]
