Butch Parrish (b. November 14, 1941) is a Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 158. Parrish has represented the district, previously the 156th District, since 1985. He switched parties, from Democrat to Republican, in 2006.

Parrish is a pharmacist, and has served as President of Shoprite Drugs, Incorporated, and Vice President of Swainsboro Ford Lincoln-Mercury, Incorporated.

He is a member of the Academy of Durable Medical Equipment Suppliers, First Liberty Bank of Swainsboro Board, National Association of Independent Medical Equipment Suppliers, First Methodist Church, and the National Association of Retail Druggists.[1]

Parrish ran in the 2012 election for Georgia House of Representatives District 158. Parrish ran unopposed in the Republican primary on July 31, 2012. He was unopposed in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012. [2][3]
