Scott Bounds (b. February 12, 1962) is a Republican member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He has represented the 44th District since 2004.

Bounds is a Territorial Manager for Working Solutions, Limited Liability Company. He is previously worked as a store manager for Broland Building Supply, Incorporated, Triple V, Incorporated, and Bounds Home Furnishings, Incorporated. Retail/Sales and Management, Building Supply, Home Center.

Bounds is Board Member/Program Director of the Neshoba County Fair Association, Incorporated, and a member of the National Rifle Association, Neshoba County Farm Bureau, and Neshoba County Forestry Association.[1]

On November 8, 2011, Bounds won re-election to District 44 of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He ran unopposed in the August 2 primary and was unchallenged in the November 8 general election. [2]

On November 6, 2007 Bounds was re-elected in District 44, defeating Republican challenger Danny Ray Petty.[3]
