California Assembly Constitutional Amendment 20 (2010)
From Ballotpedia
California Assembly Constitutional Amendment 20 (ACA 20) may appear on the 2010 ballot in California as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. It is sponsored by Roger Niello, a Republican in the California State Assembly.
ACA 20 proposes to transfer responsibility for writing the ballot titles of statewide California propositions from the California Attorney General's office to the California Legislative Analyst's Office (LAO). ACA 20 would also have the LAO come up with the fiscal estimates for statewide ballot propositions.
