California Public Securities Association

The California Public Securities Association (C-PSA) is a ballot measure donor in California, and has given $275,000 in opposition to Proposition 98. It is a membership association whose members are for-profit corporations that do business with city and county governments, including issuing bonds for government-funded public works and construction projects.

According to the association's website, "Cal PSA is also an active partner with local government. Over the years, we have supported the League of California Cities, the California State Association of Counties and the California Redevelopment Association...Cal PSA and the public securities industry work as allies with local government to protect local government finances."
