A Camp Verde City 1 Cent Sales Tax Increase measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Camp Verde, which is in Yavapai County.

This measure was defeated

  • YES 703 (21.49%)
  • NO 2,568 (78.31%)Defeatedd'[1]

This measure, proposed by the town council, proposed to increase the current sales tax rate by 1 cent for an unspecified period of time in order to help pay for general municipal services. Due to there not being specific allotments of where the money would go towards, citizens petitioned for Prop 401.[2]
