Carlos Mariani (b. July 13, 1957) is a Democratic-Farmer Labor member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. He has represented District 65B since 1991.

Mariani is a nonprofit manager. He has worked as Program Director of the Minnesota Council of Churches. He earned his JD from the University of Minnesota and BA in History from Macalester College.

Mariani is a member of the Community Programs in the Arts Board and Secretary of the National Hispanic State Legislators. He is married and has 3 children.[1]
