Humphreys was a candidate for District 28 of the New Jersey General Assembly. He was defeated in the November 8 general election. Humphreys and Sajda Barlas ran unopposed in the Republican Primary on June 7. Incumbents Cleopatra Tucker and Ralph Caputo defeated Michael Frazzano in the Democratic primary.[1]
