Carol Williams is a former Democratic member of the Montana State Senate, representing District 46 from 2005 to 2013. She served as Minority Leader in the 2011-2012 session.[1]

Williams earned her BS in Education from Western Montana College.

Williams was Secretary to the Chief Clerk, Bills Coordinator of the Montana State House of Representatives. She was also a Head Start Teacher and a Consultant.

Williams served in the Montana State House of Representatives from 1999 to 2001. She was a candidate for Lieutenant Governor for the State of Montana in 2000.
