Carolyn Justice (b. May 13, 1946) is a former Republican member of the North Carolina House of Representatives. She represented District 16 from 2003-2013, and served as Deputy Minority Whip from 2006 until her retirement.

Justice is a property management business owner. She and her husband, Bill, have two children, William and Robert.
