Carolyn Whitney Branagan (b. June 5, 1954) is a Republican member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Franklin-1. She was first elected to the chamber in 2002.

Biography

Branagan earned her BS and MEd from the University of Vermont in 1976 and 1984, respectively.

Branagan is a Georgia Town History Editor.

She has also served as a Georgia Town Moderator.

Branagan won re-election in the 2012 election for Vermont House of Representatives Franklin 1. Branagan was unopposed in the August 28 Republican primary and was unopposed in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
