Carolyn Whitney Branagan (b. June 5, 1954) is a Republican member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Franklin-1. She was first elected to the chamber in 2002.

Biography

Branagan earned her B.S. and MEd from the University of Vermont in 1976 and 1984, respectively.

Branagan is a Georgia Town History Editor.

She has also served as a Georgia Town Moderator.
