Cary Smith (b. December 8, 1950) is a Republican member of the Montana House of Representatives, representing the 55th District since 2009. Beginning in the 2011 session, Smith serves as a Majority Whip.[1]

Smith's professional experience includes working as management at Sears Roebuck and Company.

Smith earned his BS in psychology from the University of Utah in 1972.
