O2012-08 AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF CAVE CREEK, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL TOWN OF CAVE CREEK ZONING MAP BY CHANGING THE UNDERLYING ZONE OF PARCELS 211-47-101A AND 211-47-102A, DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT 1 AND DEPICTED IN EXHIBIT 2, FROM DESERT RURAL (DR-89) TO A GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC) ZONE. THE SUBJECT PARCELS ARE LOCATED NORTHWEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF CAREFREE HIGHWAY AND CAVE CREEK ROAD BETWEEN 54TH AND 53RD STREETS.
